1st line Helpdesk/Service Desk Support Analyst required by leading public sector organisation in Central London.
Role - 1st line Helpdesk/Service Desk Support Analyst Location – Central London Salary – Up to £28,853 + final salary pension + 28 days holiday Skills - 1st line support/service desk support, MS Office applications, incident logging systems (ideally Support Works 6), excellent customer facing and communication skills. Ideally experience of Novell Netware, Arcserve, GroupWise or remote access tools is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. The 1st Helpdesk/Service Desk Support Analyst will have commercial experience in 1st line/service desk support, a working knowledge of MS Office applications and excellent customer facing and communication skills. Your role will be to provide 1st line support, to identify problems, troubleshoot and provide advice to assist users, utilise the firm's logging and reporting application and to ensure call targets are met.
