Our client based in Hertfordshire is seeking;
3 temp-perm ASB Caseworkers- 326000pa
Preferably seeking candidates with 2-3 years experience however are also willing to consider Housing Officers who have dealt with ASB.
Duties include:
• Undertaking anti-social behaviour casework. Receive complaints, investigate allegations, interview and advise complainants, identify strategies to respond to valid complaints, and work with alleged perpetrators (in their home settings when necessary) to address and resolve anti-social behaviour.
• Working in partnership with other agencies in response to anti-social behaviour both to support perpetrators to change their behaviour, and enforce actions to control perpetrators.
• Working with legal services to gather evidence and prepare for court hearings against perpetrators of anti-social behaviour.
• Ensure the anti-social behaviour database is kept up to date with casework records.
• Co-ordinating the monitoring and reporting of performance against the action plans of the community safety partnership in relation to anti-social behaviour.
You will need a full driver's license and vehicle.
