We are looking for an experience Account manager to work in north London.
The client, provides licensed taxi services to people who have disabilities, and mobility problems.
They are given, though their London Borough an amount of taxi journeys per month to take them to and from anywhere they need to get to, that may be shopping, the theatre, a club or a class or group. It is imperative that these clients are collected , dropped off and picked up again at the right time in the right place. The client is responsible for this account, one of the largest within the London councils and the Greater London Area.
The Account Manager is required to proactively manage a selection of important high volume accounts within the public sector with the primary aim of building and developing the relationships
The Account Manager will be continually monitoring and evaluating the performance of each account.
You will also be required to actively seek opportunities to improve service levels, introduce new products and services and look for new business.
The client works with a wide variety of customers typically, Local Government, NHS Trusts and the London Taxi card Scheme, which supplies around a third of the Company's business. Taxi card provides subsidised transport for disabled people with special needs.
You will be the primary contact between the clients and the customer, building strong working relationships
