A Housing Administration Officer if required by our client in the Gosport area.
The role is within the Tenancy Management team, and would be for approximately 6 months. Your hours of work would be full time flexi time, Monday to Friday.
This is a vital customer service and housing support role. Your role will involve dealing courteously and professionally with customers responding to queries/requests for assistance. This will involve telephone and face to face contact.
You will be providing a high quality administrative support to the Surveying Team. This will include using GGP and IBS systems, raising purchase orders, producing monthly statistical information.
To apply for this role it is desirable that you have previous experience of working within a Housing Team environment. Furthermore, previous experience within an administrative role would be preferred.
