Our client a vibrant Central Government organistaion is seeking to employ an Administrative Support Manager to manage all administrative support functions relating to the Financial Analysis team
The main responsibilities of the role include:
- Managing the administrative support staff
- Dealing with the budget administration and financial control
- Maintaining control of Financial Analysis guidance and procedural documentation
- The management and administration of IT security
The essential skills that are required are:
- Valid security clearance to at least CTC level
- Previous supervisory experience
- An understanding of the role that administration support and IT systems play in the current office environment
- Strong written and communication skills
