Eden Brown are currently recruiting an Administrator for a Social Housing provider in the Leeds area.
The Administrator's main responsibility will be to provide clerical support to the Housing Management team this will include, typing letters, developing and maintaining databases, creating and working with spreadsheets, filing, faxing and photocopying. The Administrator will also be responsible for screening and transferring calls.
Other duties will include providing effective and efficient customer service to visitors of the organisation. The Administrator will be responsible for answering any enquiries or sign-posting customers to the relevant department. You will also be responsible for taking rent payments and logging these as necessary.
Candidates must have previous experience within a Customer Service and Administration based role. It is desirable that candidates have a background in Housing admin.
