? Ensure that tenant / local authority requests for aids and adaptations are administered in accordance with Anchor?s policy and procedures;
? Updating systems and spreadsheets accurately
? Ensuring information is received within give time scales from internal and external customers.
? Ensure regular and consistent communication with all customers regarding the progress of requests
? Provide support to other areas of the Lettings/Enquiries Team as required
? Undertake other reasonable duties as required
