Interim ASB Officer required for North London Borough.
Applicants must have worked exclusively as an ASB officer managing a demanding caseload, including interviewing victims, perpetrators and witnesses as well as liaising with the police, social services, tenancy officers and other internal and external agencies.
You will be responsible for conducting and minuting formal meetings as well as preparing cases for legal action and managing the progress of cases in conjunction with lawyers.
Must have excellent customer care and communication skills and be able to produce high quality written work and statistical information.
Must have high degree of IT literacy, with a good working knowledge of iWorld / SX3; Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
