A temporary Anti Social Behaviour Housing Officer is required by our social housing client based in Poole.The role is full time, for 4 months.
You will deal with customers face to face, over the telephone and in writing, offering appropriate consistent advice on nuisance prevention issues. Your main priority is to ensure that we respond promptly, effectively and appropriately to all complaints of anti-social behaviour.
You will ensure that prompt and effective action is taken against persistent or serious perpetrators of anti-social behaviour including legal action and appearance at Court supporting witnesses and victims as required.
To apply you should have experience ASB work, either as a ASB Officer, or as part of a generic Housing Officer role.
You should also be able to start at short notice and have access to a vehicle.
