My North Yorkshire client is seeking an experience Architect to join their practice due to a continued flow of work.
My client is the sole designer for one of the largest national care homes developers which has enabled them to play a dominant role within the healthcare field. Projects are usually completed on AutoCAD with values ranging from minor works up to £12 million.
The successful candidate will be responsible for taking and handling multiple projects from RIBA stage A - K. These responsibilities will include the conceptual design and brief through to managing a small team of 5 on technical issues regarding the design. They will report directly to the northern office Director for the company.
Ideally, you will be RIBA 3 qualified and ARB registered, previous sector experience is not relevant however, applications from candidates with care homes experience will be preferred. This location is ideally commutable from Northallerton, Darlington and Harrogate.
