A Housing Manager is required by our social housing client based Devon.
This is a permanent full time position.
The role including management across all housing management services, including ASB, Resident Participation, Arrears and lettings, and including performance, compliance, budget and staff management tasks.
To apply you should have demonstrable experience in leading and managing a housing management team, good knowledge of social housing law and have access to a vehicle.
Ideally you should also be degree educated and/or have a relevant professional qualification.
