Our client is a successful Housing Association based in Merseyside who are now looking for an Area Support Manager to work with them for approximately 2 months.
The role will involve: - supervising and supporting a team of Scheme Managers - providing a high quality service to residents and the communities in which the schemes are located - shaping the support service within a locality ensuring it is flexible and customer-centred - overseeing a range of services and developing processes already in place - ensuring major SP contracts are retained, making scheme managers accountable for the compince of their respective teams - reporting on and managing performance - managing staff
The successful candidate will have experience within supported housing management, will have a CRB disclosure and will have access to their own vehicle.
