My client, a leading firm of property consultants is looking for an Asset Management Surveyor to join their existing team.
This position would suit a chartered surveyor with Property Management experience and involves managing a workload encompassing office, retail and industrial properties.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
Lease negotiations, lettings and project management co-ordination.
Assisting in the production of management reports.
Liaising with Building Managers and Contractors on maintenance, repair and budgets.
Dealing with tenant applications.
