Are you an Asset Manager who can commit to 6 months interim work?
My client is arguably the biggest and most successful Housing Association in Merseyside who have a rare interim assignment for a proven Asset Manager.
You will essentially be responsible for combining a comprehensive stock condition analysis with the development of the Asset Management strategy while helping deliver all projects within the Asset Management team on time and within budget.
Committing for sixth months minimum, my client requires you to:
•Work with the ‘back end' of Asset Management
•Use the manipulated outputs from the CODEMAN system to deliver Asset Management projects
•Project and People management all aspects of Asset Management
•Be able to write reports on projects completed for easy delivery to housing tenants and staff
Although an Asset Management background is essential, a Housing Association background is not and my client will consider an Asset Manager from any industry as long as you feel that the above can be delivered by you on time and within budget.
