Our highly regarded Public Sector client is currently recruiting for a contract Asset Manager.
You will be required to provide a high quality professional estate management and valuation service to the Council in order to fulfil the Asset Management Planning and statutory requirements and deliver Corporate Capital Strategy.
1. To support the Council's Asset Management activities by the collection and analysis of property information. To maintain the Council's "Terrier" and "Asset Register" and other property databases, which hold information in map, and text form about all interests in property held by the Council, and to provide an enquiry service on that information which will include energy management, Facilities Management, Commercial Estates, Maintenance and Minor Projects. 2. To analyse and develop a full understanding of the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG) requirements and to advise the Head of Corporate Asset Management accordingly. 3. To liaise with officers in all Groups, property occupiers and partners to ensure that accurate and appropriate information is available and that it is analysed to support the Councils Asset Management Plan. 4.
