We currently require an Asset Manager to work for a housing association in Gloucestershire managing investment programmes, surveying staff and maintenance programmes.
The main duties include, managing the procurement and delivery of major programmes of work and maintenance; assisting with the development of asset management and procurement strategies; developing long term investment programmes; managing construction programmes and training and developing technical staff, (including day to day management of staff).
Applicants require a relevant degree, CIOB, RICS or equivalent experience, experience of housing investment and maintenance and experience in managing technical staff.
