- Reconcile sales league matters on a monthly basis in full
- Report to the Directors the final numbersn for the sales league
- Complete all aspects of the departments reporting requirements each month
- Report analysing operations departments actual expenditure versus budget, providing commentary on the trends exhibited for the Operations Board
- Monitoring fixed asset register
- Staff reversing journals
- Resolve management account queries as and when they arise
- NR4 review to identify invoices for pre-payment and any posting adjustments
- Identifying invoices on hold to reconcile contract margin
Ad Hoc Duties:
- Resolving consultant LM9 / billing queries
- Weekly reports and contractor net wages
