We are seeking a highly capable, innovative and tenacious leader to ensure the delivery and growth of our ambitious development plans.
You will oversee a wide portfolio of exciting projects that are helping to change the face of east London and Essex. Managing a programme with a value in excess of
3450m, set to deliver some 3,000 homes over the next 5 years and leading a team of around 20 people; you will be responsible for ensuring that we have effective relationships in place with a variety of public and private sector partners. You will lead the implementation of the development strategy through a period when housing market conditions are challenging, ensuring that the Group retains robust controls over costs and income. In motivating, supporting and directing staff to ensure they deliver the highest standards, you will ensure that our development projects deliver best practice in design, sustainability and customer satisfaction, helping us ensure that our neighbourhoods are places where people want to live and work.
