Working for a large-size RSL, you will oversee a wide portfolio of exciting projects that are helping to change the face of east London and Essex. You will manage a programme in excess of £450 in value, set to deliver 3000 homes over the next 5 years.
You will be required to provide inspirational leadership to over 20 people, and be responsible for ensuring effective relationships are in place with a variety of private and public sector partners.
You will proactively seek innovative solutions to development opportunities, ensuring that work is in line with best practices, in tune with the needs of local communities, meeting design and sustainability standards, and benefits the people of east London & Essex.
