An Assistant Director position in the Property Services team at a Housing Group based in the Central London area has become available. My client is looking for a candidate to be responsible for the current and future maintenance of the Group's housing stock.
The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the development and implementation of strategies and plans to ensure that the housing stock continues to meet all requirements and standards. You will also lead, motivate and develop all managers and staff of the Property Services department to achieve the values of the Association.
