An Assistant Housing Manager is required for our Social Housing client in Trowbridge. This is a 12 -month fixed term contract, to start as soon as possible.
You will support the Neighbourhood Manager and Team Leaders in the effective management and allocation of housing and associated services. This will include transfer applications, mutual exchanges and choice based lettings. You will also ensure that bids for empty homes are processed effectively and efficiently.
You will require previous experience within housing, and be a driver with a car.
