A Banking Assistant is required to work at our client, a National Health Charity based in Central London.
As Banking Assistant you will be responsible for the co-ordination of gift data entry processing and administration of all daily banking income on the Raiser's Edge database.
Key areas of responsibility will include the following:
- Being responsible for the co-ordination of the daily banking process. - Supervising the importing of files from external agencies. - Ensuring all specific income processes on the donor database are accurate and timely. - Anticipating gift volumes in advance. - Running data quality checks - Liaising with team members.
To be considered for this role you will have excellent IT skills with comprehensive knowledge and experience of Word, Excel, Outlook and Access. Experience of using Raisers Edge is required alongside excellent written skills.
