Benefits Manager – 3 months initially – Ideally current sc clearance – Croydon The main objectives of the ICFN Programme are to:
•Enable UKBA business to meet EU Regulatory requirements for uniform Residence Permits as defined in EC 1030/2002. •There is a requirement to replace the Residence Permit for Third Country Nationals (TCN), which is currently a vignette in a passport, with a Biometric Identity Card, which will be a separate card. The Identity Card will include a storage medium (chip) to hold biometrics, which will consist of a facial image and fingerprints. •Develop the ICFN IT solution to enable the business to meet the volumes stated above as agreed with the Minister for Immigration.
Experience of implementing Benefits Management approach to large, complex IT Projects is mandatory. •Experience of financial management •Experience of Project Management in a similar environment •Proven capability to analyse and use evidence within approach •Excellent communicator (written and verbal) •Ability to deal with all levels of stakeholders. •Able to strike the right balance between task and process. •Must be available for an immediate start.

•To implement Benefits Management approach •To work with benefit owners to agree actions •To develop metrics •To monitor progress against metrics and approach •To identify new benefits •To work with client to include their project benefits into the BRP plan •Any other duties as appropriate.
