An East London based housing Association is looking for a Building Maintenance Surveyor to work specifically in the voids and empty property departments.
This is a 6 month contract focusing on and making sure that void properties are effectively and efficiently repaired and ready to let with-in agreed targets and meet my client's Lettings Standard and regulatory requirements.
This is an essential car user post with an excellent rate of pay.
