Eden Brown are currently looking for a Building Manager (Compliance) for a client based on the military site in Aldershot. This position will be most suited to someone of an mechanical and/or electrical background. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of compliance services within buildings on the Aldershot, and other allocated MoD sites.
Primary objectives will include:
*Overall responsibility for the day to day management and delivery of the operational compliance programme.
*Implement agreed strategic business plan and all operational policies.
Essential skills and qualifications:
*Relevant industry qualification to HNC level (Lower levels will be accepted if supported by evidence of relevant experience)
*Ability to work and lead effectively.
*Good IT and written skills
