BUILDING SERVICES DESIGN MANAGER - WEST YORKSHIRE
We are currently recruiting for a Building Services Design Manager for one of the best names in building services contracting in Leeds. Managing a team of CAD and Design Engineers, you will ensure the smooth running of the design department, an integral role in the profitable delivery of projects within this well-known design and build contractor.
You will be required to both manage designers as well as getting hands on as well. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record within the building services field as well as experience of managing people. Most likely you will have worked within a contractor before, however if your experience has been gained within a Consultancy and you are commercially aware Design professional you will certainly be considered for this role.
