My client is seeking a Junior Building Services Engineer, the role will be predominately office based in the estates department of a educational establishment.
The role will require, day to day, planned and reactive maintenance of the academic and accommodation buildings.
A good M&E knowledge is essential and experience of legionella control is desirable.
The role is available on a 9 month contract, 37 hours per week.
