A well known Housing Association based in Middlesex are currently looking for an immediately available Building Services Manager on a temporary basis. The position is for approximately 3 months plus. There are looking for someone with a large amount of management experience. The main duties are being responsible for overseeing and managing Housing Partnership's Building Services' planned maintenance contracts and major works investment schemes. This consists of but is not limited to Lifts, Fire Detection, Legionella Control, Heating and other Services related issues
