Experience building surveyor required for local authority in south east London
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in providing financial estimates and statistics for annual capital and revenue budgets
Preparation and management of construction contracts particularly in relation to the maintenance and alteration of existing buildings
Essential Requirements:
Membership of an appropriate professional body (e.g. the Royal Institution of Chartered
Surveyors (Building Surveying Faculty)) and a minimum of 1 year's relevant experience
Good contract admin skills
