Due to a recent merger and staff restructure my client is looking to recruit a Building Surveyor.
The role will involve running various projects from inception to completion. You will have full contract administration, issuing tender documents and final handover experience within a Local Authority or Housing Association.
To be considered you must have at least 10 years experience within the Public sector.
The role is available on a contract basis however the opportunity for a permanent position is available.
