Experienced Building Surveyor/Team Leader of chartered status required to provide professional support Project Management resource to the Area Managers and Site Delivery Managers across the South West Region, on all aspects of the design and project management for the Core Services element of the contract.
Major Core Services Work Programme
Responsible for the development and delivery of a programme of option studies, feasibility studies and investment appraisals to support Debut's over £2.5k works programme as well as the client's non-contracted minor new works expenditure plans.
Duties will include:
- Delivery of design and planning expertise to support the team to deliver minor new works, the value between £2.5k and £1.5m.
- Responsible for ensuring that all core services design is in accordance with the relevant regulations, industry standards, MOD standards and best practice.
- To manage similar work to other client areas (Local Authority etc)
Essential:
- Proven track record of having undertaken option studies, feasibility studies and investment appraisals for projects in excess of £150k across a wide range of disciplines.
- Applicant to have a working knowledge and previous experience of the Planning Supervisor role as defined in the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations.
The Role will be based in the Bristol/ Bath area to suit workload, please note the work will not be limited to the area.
