Business Change Analyst Required to be based Nationwide - Travelling Involved.
We require a Business Analyst to provide business analysis, data analysis and requirements analysis skills for our client in the public sector. The Business Analyst will be based around the UK and will work at various sites, therefore the candidate must be prepared to travel and stay away from home.
Skills / Experience
•Must have public sector or government experience.
•Solid business process analysis and modelling skills.
•Experience of working with frontline staff within a major business change initiative.
•Experience of working with senior stakeholders within a major business change initiative.
•Experience of workshop facilitation.
•Accustomed to working in a Prince 2 project environment.
•Experience of quantifying the benefits associated with a change initiative.
•Experience of producing requirements specifications for the development of business applications.
