Business Systems Analyst - London, 3-6 Month Contract. Key Skills: Business Change, Business Transformation, Process/Information Modelling and UML.
Our client is seeking someone who has experience of a large change programme where they have been required to build relationships and network with all levels of staff in order to gain an understanding of the different aspects of the programme and its impacts. Can clearly identify priorities and conflicts across projects within the programme and present pragmatic solutions to resolve conflicting priorities or processes.
The ideal person should be someone who can demonstrate a track record in complex projects, from conception through to implementation. Must have a number of tried and tested business/systems analyst techniques and is able to take a business process definition and translate this in a series of IT requirements and functional designs in the context of an Enterprise Architecture. Essential Skills
•Ability to work on large scale Business Transformation Programmes •Demonstrable experience in business change, process modelling and information modelling •Ability to contribute to an Enterprise Architecture •Extensive experience of Information Systems requirements capture •Extensive experience of package procurement and implementation •Extensive experience of UML and its application to the business/systems analysis process (e.g. production of use cases, class diagrams) •Excellent client-facing skills in order to build effective working relationships with key stakeholders •Experience of Feasibility Studies and Options Analysis
