An exciting opportunity has arisen for a CLAIMS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER to support the development of claims management policy and strategy for our client.
You will deliver a world class service in claims management in line with the strategic business intent and Business Partner requirements. Delivery of Claims performance consistent with stated targets and continuous improvement in systems and processes, quality of reporting and the ongoing reduction of claims costs.
People capabilities
• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals from a range of professional and operational backgrounds;
• Ability to influence senior managers and to ensure their continued focus on delivering excellent performance
