Our client is a well-known charity who are now looking to take on a female Night Support Worker on an ongoing basis.
The role will involve working 4 sleep-in shifts per week.
Daily duties:-
Working with one service user - a vulnerable teenage girl
Providing one-to one support plans and care plans.
Ensuring young person is safe, well fed and watered, monitoring health and safety
Dealing with issues of neglect and abuse
Candidate qualities required:-
NVQ3 is absolutely essential
Strong character and resilience
