A training provider based in South West London is looking to recruit a Children's Centre Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to build upon proven line management experience and to work with different community groups.
The successful candidate will be:
•Line Managing 10 staff
•Delivering an integrated health and social care, education and family learning service to address community needs
•Working with a variety of community groups
•Promoting the centre and encouraging parental involvement
•Developing and maintaining partnerships for joint delivery of programmes
The successful candidate will have:
•Relevant qualification (preferably grade 5 or 6 or graduate level) for example in Early Years and Childhood Studies, teaching, social work, health visiting or other relevant areas
•Experience of management and leadership in a relevant context
•Experience of budget management
•Knowledge and understanding of partnership and multi-agency working
