Clerical Officer/Accounts
To provide business support and administrative services to teams in the Directorate as required to deliver high quality, affordable homes and services.
To ensure achievement of targets and high standards of performance and customer service across all areas of the business.
To provide customer focused administrative and telephone support to the Home Ownership, New Business and Project Management Teams.
To arrange meetings, viewings, interviews, maintain diaries, schedule internal and external meetings and visits, respond to telephone enquiries and carry out filing, photocopying, typing and other clerical duties as required.
Candidates with experience of reconciliations or at Assistant Accountant level to take on some specific tasks would also be welcome.
