A Clerk of Works is required to join a Public Sector Organisation in North East Lincolnshire.
The Clerk of Works will be inspecting a portfolio of public buildings, predominantly educational buildings and liaising with contractors to ensure they are adhering to the design specification and dealing with technical issues that arise on site. Experience as a Clerk of Works or Building Surveying is necessary.
This is a contract position for a minimum of 3 months.
Immediate Start.
£16-£20 per hour
