This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commissioner to join this high performing London Borough to write a service specification. The task is to be delivered by September and is to produce a service specification for new residential homes and extra-care schemes for older people. This is a very high profile project.
We are looking for an experienced commissioner or contracts officer who has written detailed and large scale service specifications. You will need to be able to engage and involve stakeholders fully and be able to write an outcome based specification. Experience of residential care or extra-care sheltered and/or experience of services for older people is an advantage.
