We are currentley seeking a Complaints Manager to work within a Childrens and Young Peoples Service (CYPS) in a local authority based in South West London.
The Complaints Manager will be responsible for managing the complaints procedures and provide a sensitive, customer-focused service for all representations and complaints made by or on behalf of children and young people. You will be responsible for ensuring that the CYPS meets its statutory duties with regard to customer complaints, representations and services provided.
You will need to have experience of managing a complaints service in a large complex organisation, preferably within the children services sector. A knowledge of children and young people's services and of associated legislation, regulations aand guidance is essential.
