Eden Brown are currently looking for Building Condition Surveyors (M&E and B&CE). You will be required required to work on stock condition surveys of Military stock in Tilshead, Wiltshire.
You will need to possess demonstrable experience of carrying out site condition surveys and understand planned maintenance needs. Main duties will consist of visiting properties, carrying out pre and post inspections and escalating any defects as necessary.
Candidates should possess a HNC (or equivalent) in a building qualification, coupled with good communication skills. Ideally, you will have held a similar role with at least 2 years experience. Candidates should have a right to work in UK, and security clearance will be required. A driving licence is also essential for the role.
