Our client a Local Authority are seeking to appoint a Condition Surveyor for a minimum of 2 months.
The condition surveyor will inspect Commercial and Property projects and recommend remedial action.
Other key duties:
To produce reports identifying solutions with estimates to building defects
To evaluate proposals from partners to remedy building defects.
To be pro-active in all aspects of safety management to comply with current Health and Safety legislation.
Experience Essential post holder must have a Full driving licence.
