Configuration controller required to work in the defence sector, based in Hook, Hampshire on a 6 month contract initially.
This role requires candidates to have security clearance to SC level (or above) or be willing to undergo.
The Configuration Controller is responsible for implementing AMPA Document Management processes and supporting Configuration Management processes. The Document Management processes cover the recording, filing and long term storage of all delivered and received documentation and data held by the AMPA projects.

•Demonstrate attention to detail in his/ her work
•Be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office tools.
The successful candidate should also:
•Be able to contribute to the development of the Air Systems delivery processes by suggesting and implementing improvements within areas of responsibility.
•Have a general knowledge configuration control requirements and procedures
•Working knowledge of Data and Configuration Management principles
•Working knowledge of Rational CM tools (ClearCase and ClearQuest
