An opportunity has arisen with Royal School of Military Engineering to be based at Chatham. This is a permanent role with a salary of £65,000 + car allowance.
Duties -
Management of the delivery of mobilisation and then reactive, planned and life cycle maintenance work within the contract at RSME at Chatham. Management of outgoing EWC commissions at Chatham and Demobilisation of these commissions.
Experience -
Chartered Engineer or Surveyor - with suitable relevant experience in a property maintenance environment.
HONS degree in Construction / maintenance environment, corporate membership of appropriate professional body (RICS, CIOB etc)
Experience of P&L responsibility at £5million per annum
Experience of management of direct delivery staff across a wide range of services including estate management.
