My client requires an experienced commercially minded Site Manager to work on a large schools refurbishment project based within North West London. The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Contracts Manager and you must ensure that the project is running smoothly and to the required on site standards for the new build schools project.
The Site Supervisors and Site Engineers will report directly to you and you must ensure that they are completing their tasks within the set time frame. The main purpose of this role will be to establish and organise labour, materials, communicate with the client at a site meetings and ensure the successful completion of projects.
To be successful in this position you must have New Build schools and or refurbishment construction experience and have excellent customer service skills.
