Eden Brown are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Adviser in the Durham area for a contract of approximately 3 months.
As a Customer Service Adviser your main responsibility will be call handling. You will liaise with tenants who will ring the call centre to report a repair that needs carrying out on their property. Your role will be to take all the details from the tenant, and then log the repair on the in-house system. You will also liaise with the contractors and in house staff to ensure that the work is carried out within the agreed timescales.
Within the role you will also be expected to answer any other queries the tenant may have regarding other related housing issues such as rents, ASB and allocations.
Candidates must have excellent data entry skills and have previous customer service experience.
