A Customer Service Assistant is required in East London to work within the Parking Team. Delivering excellent customer service to customers by providing an efficient and accurate service on a variety of parking mattes.
Ideally your work experience will be in a Customer service/Call centre background dealing with payments. Preferable experience would be with public sector parking team.
-Proven experience dealing with all customer enquiries and requests, promptly and pro-actively, taking the case wherever possible to conclusion on the initial enquiry, including the updating of the appropriate computer system.
-Updating and maintaining databases and undertaking other administrative tasks as directed and within agreed standards.
-Proven experience with the collection and handling of monies paid in for Parking Services. -Use comprehensive I.T. systems to manage enquiries, provide information and access administrative systems.
-Make outgoing or internal calls including liaising with internal teams, 3rd party agencies and contractors.
