Our Cheshire based client has a permanent part-time vacancy for a Customer Services Officer. Working 4 days per week the successful candidate will receive and deal with calls from all customers taking appropriate action or where necessary referring the enquiry onto specialist support teams.
Key duties and responsibilities will include:
1. Raising inspections and repairs orders, dealing with follow up calls from residents regarding repairs.
2. Providing general assistance, advice and guidance on housing management queries, including complaints, nuisance and arrears.
3. Dealing with initial enquiries for rented housing including inputting applications, providing comprehensive housing advice and promoting difficult to let schemes.
4. Deal with enquiries for leasehold accommodation and promote new schemes to prospective purchasers.
Previous experience of Customer Service work within a Housing Association or Local Authority Housing Department is essential.
