Our client a Major Housing provider in Doncaster are seeking to appoint a Decent Homes Project manager for a minimum of 6 months.
The Project Manager will be required to monitor the progress and successful achievement of decent homes standard by 2010,
Key areas of Knowledge
A sound Surveying knowledge of Social Housing
To be able to act as a client representative on site and when dealing with Tennant's
Decent homes knowledge and previous experience
Experience of managing staff and dealing with contractors on site
The suitable candidate will have a full driving licence
