My client in a college is looking for a departmental administrator who will be supporting the Head of Department in meeting Departmental objectives ensuring that learning and teaching are underpinned by an efficient administration service. You will also act as a secretary and personal assistant to the Head Of Department, whilst overseeing the course administrators and attendance officers. You will need to have experience creating and implementing administrative procedures and also have experience managing a team of staff. A good knowledge of finance administration will also be needed.
